Returns

- Schedule Pickup: We will arrange for a pickup of the return item. You will be informed of the pickup date and time.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved:

- A refund will be initiated within 3-4 business days.

- The refund will be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Shipping

- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

- If the item was damaged in transit or you received the wrong item, Duskymonk will cover the return shipping cost.
